about us
Primazon has been focusing on headhunting since 2018 and is continuously changing the approach to candidate acquisition in order to achieve the best performance for our customers.
The difference to conventional recruitment agencies is that our network does not consist of pure "recruiters" but rather have a vita as ex-managers, hiring managers or recruiters.
We love "disruptive" and use the latest methods for recruiting candidates, we leave old-school "Postings", "XING Searches", etc. to conventional recruitment agencies. We mainly rely on performance recruiting, proactive sourcing, social media and, above all, data to optimize performance. We track 12 KPIs and share the findings with our customers.
